Your experience here probably would depend on why you are there. The physical therapy department is great. The ER is sometimes good and sometimes mediocre. It never seems overcrowded. The hospital has had many updates. They have one of the most relaxing MRI's ever. Actually getting a test done here is pretty low stress if you live close by.
This business takes advantage of billing codes. I found threw my insurance provider that the ER departments is throwing in extra chargers that were not rendered during my stay. GO figure
Had left knee arthroscopy today by Dr. Orth in outpatient surgery department. I was treated very well at admissions, outpatient surgery, by anesthesia and Dr. Orth. They were very good to answer my questions and took EXCELLENT CARE of me during my procedure. Nurses were all kind and professional and worked as a team. RCMH you deserve a shout out for a job well done. I will continue to utilize this wonderful community hospital. We are very blessed to have such a great hospital. Thank you.
Had an appt with an allergist. Showed up for my appt time, to find out the Dr. had to cancel. No one bothered to call me, to tell me this.. This was my third attempt at seeing this allergist. They have the worst scheduling ever!! This place, is only good for a band aid stop!
