I understand they are busy but the last few times I've went my appointment has been pushed back and I spend almost an hour in the waiting room and today I'm trying to call about some labs for my daughter and they haven't switched their phones over so it still says the office in closed when in reality they opened at 8am. I'm a little frustrated and keep getting the go around every time I'm in there. My daughter needs help and this place has not helped her.
