I used The Jones Store to purchase countertops for two houses about 7 years ago and not only were they polite, courteous and helpful, but the lasting impression was to go to them this year when we needed a new kitchen and bathroom floor. The staff bent over backwards to help us choose the right flooring, even allowing us to take samples home to see how they'd look. Nancy Jones herself came out to measure and exchanged emails with us until we were satisfied with the order. The installation crew were knowledgable and professional - arrived on time, cleaned up well and did an outstanding job. Plus, the price we got on the flooring along with quality was far superior to what we would have gotten from a big box store.
I have been a customer of the Jones Store for many years and they have always been wonderful to deal with. I recently had to have some carpet removed and vinyl linoleum put in my home and my first stop was at the Jones Store. They were so helpful and did everything possible to answer all of my questions with courtesy and professionalism. The two gentlemen that came to install the flooring were the best...so professional and had the job done in no time and were so good about cleaning up afterward. The staff is so experienced, they always know what you need. Most of the time, they have it in stock. On the rare occasion they don't have it, they will order it for you. They have the latest in floor coverings, too.
